  18. <p>     The Asian tiger mosquito, which hitchhiked to the U.S. in
  19. 1985 aboard used tires shipped from Japan, has moved up from
  20. annoying to potentially deadly. The virus that causes Eastern
  21. equine encephalitis, a deadly brain disease that can infect
  22. humans, has been detected in mosquitoes in Florida. That's
  23. troublesome, because the more aggressive Asian tigers feed on
  24. a broader range of animals than their American cousins. Tigers
  25. are found in the Eastern U.S., as far north as Ohio.
